Creeeeeeeak

I helped a friend move this weekend. There weren't many people involved, so it took most of the day Saturday and a little bit of Sunday morning.

Now, I just came to the realization that I'm in horrible shape so there was more work involved than I thought there would be. (As a side note, I'm notoriously poor at guaging how long something will take to complete. Hauling boxes and furniture, driving somewhere new, projects at work; it doesn't matter. Whatever time estimate I give you, triple it.)

My arm and leg muscles are tired and sore, and I actually managed to tweak the grip muscles in my right forearm somehow. And I'm only 30. One of the people who helped me move the last time was (I believe) 38 years old while schlepping my crap up two filghts of stairs. Dude was probably in his early 50s for a couple days afterwards, if how I feel right now is any indication.

At 30 years and a few days, is it too soon for me to start saying I'm too old for this shit?
